 The role

Minimum 6+yrs of experience in Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django frameworks.
• Develop UI using React framework as per design guidelines from UX team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and APIs to support the application functionality.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to established standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and optimizing application performance.
• Implement security best practices for both frontend (React) and serverless backend (Python/Django/DRF).
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth.
• Utilize AWS services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and testing of frontend and serverless backend code.
• Develop unit testing.
• Create and maintain detailed source code documentation.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience as a Python Django Developer, with at least 8+ years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with database systems, particularly SQL and ORM libraries (e.g., Django ORM).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, finding solutions to programming problems with minimal oversight
• Ability to work in a team with diverse technical backgrounds
• Ability to provide technical requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Familiarity with working in Linux
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
