Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java/TypeScript, React, and Python
- Build reliable backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations that support enterprise-grade application and AI use cases
- Design and implement agentic AI capabilities, including task automation, tool orchestration, workflow execution, and integration with enterprise systems
- Build scalable AI agents that can reason over data, call APIs/tools, support multi-step workflows, and deliver measurable business value
- Integrate AI services, LLMs, RAG patterns, embeddings, vector search, and prompt workflows into production applications
- Collaborate with product, architecture, data science, UX, QA, security, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, documentation, and CI/CD delivery activities
- Apply secure engineering practices, responsible AI principles, data privacy standards, and enterprise compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle

AI Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech or B.E degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with full-stack engineering responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Java-based backend development using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or similar enterprise frameworks
- Solid experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, reusable UI components, state management, and modern frontend development practices
- Practical experience with Python for automation, backend services, AI integrations, data processing, or agent development
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven integrations, and secure application services
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI service APIs
- Experience building or integrating AI agents, copilots, chat assistants, workflow agents, or automation agents into enterprise applications
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality practices, and agile delivery methodologies
- Solid understanding of scalable application architecture, distributed systems, API security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering and business teams
