About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Growth Associate – Performance Marketing to join our User Growth team.
In this role, you will own and scale DAU growth by unlocking incremental opportunities across key performance marketing channels such as Google and Meta, with a strong focus on remarketing and re-engagement. You will be responsible for driving high-quality user growth, improving HER (Habit, Engagement, and Retention), and ensuring efficient budget deployment at scale.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experimentation-led thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
What You will Do
Own and scale remarketing-led growth across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels
Drive DAU growth and repeat engagement by activating dormant and under-engaged user cohorts
Drive incrementality across audience cohorts by identifying new growth levers and improving campaign effectiveness
Monitor and optimize for audience saturation, reach and frequency, CPM efficiency, and creative fatigue
Run rapid, structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnel stages to unlock incremental growth
Collaborate closely with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader growth objectives
Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels, formats, and strategies
Analyze category, product, audience, and creative performance to uncover insights and unlock incremental growth
What Will You Need
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising.
- Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education.
- Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner, and a strong ability to handle objections.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Previous experience in account management or similar roles.
- Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application.
