What You'll Do

A successful Senior HRIS Analyst will support the team and organization in driving and communicating the HRIS roadmap, enable transformative change and migration as we transition to using Workday as our “source of truth” for all employees, work collaboratively with HR teams and business partners; evaluate, design, configure, test, document, and implement HRIS functionality; provide troubleshooting support as well as training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; and analyze, audit and maintain HRIS Systems, including but not limited to Workday. This position will serve as a technical point of contact for all functional areas and will ensure data integrity, system changes, testing, develop reports and analyze data flows for process improvement, providing technical expertise in the utilization, development, and implementation of technology related projects. 
Note on location: this role is remote.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaboratively define, enable, and execute on the measurable HR technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives as well as compliance 

  • Maximize improvements, usability and automation by analyzing current practices, recommending solutions, and designing and implementing modifications 

  • Lead requirements-gathering, roadmap, configuration setup and ongoing management for new, third-party integrations and technologies 

  • Partner with HR leaders and external vendors to identify opportunities to optimize HR technology solutions and processes 

  • Partner with Business Leaders to gather feedback and requirements needed to configure and maintain Workday systems to meet achieve business results 

  • Support end-to-end release management, and stay updated with Workday releases and new features to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation projects 

  • Support administration of Workday Security Framework and ITGC and SOX controls for the effectiveness of the system and process operation 

  • Develop and maintain reports, resources, training materials, and documentation on Workday system configurations and processes as applicable 

What You Need to be Successful 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday and HCM architecture and analytics

  • 4+ years of experience driving HCM migration in a global, public organization 

  • Demonstrated success in setting and accomplishing cross-functional roadmaps
