A Day in the LifeOur Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Techno-functional role responsible for translating, refining, and owning conversion of functional needs to technical specifications
-
Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.

Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.
-
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and etc
-
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
-
Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (eg, Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
-
Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Performing/supporting user acceptance testing
-
Microsoft Visio, Figma knowledge is a plus

Conducting user training(demos) and prepare training material

Manage project scope and timelines to ensure projects deliverables are on time

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, process maps, and requirements documentation
-
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress
-
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem

JIRA Mastery: Serve as the primary administrator and expert user of JIRA, overseeing project management activities, sprint planning, and issue tracking to facilitate efficient collaboration and task management

Demonstrates basic knowledge of business and technical modelling methodologies (e.g., business process modelling, data modelling)
Required Knowledge and Experience:

Salesforce Business Analyst Certificate

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or other relevant Salesforce Certifications
