About the department
Enterprise Platforms and Technology Services is a unit within DD&IT that provides end-to-end IT solutions for various business domains across Novo Nordisk. The unit consists of functions like Enterprise Platforms, SAP Integration, Digital Quality and Testing services CoE, Validation Services and Automation CoE, Poland hub and Mexico hub. Digital Quality and Testing Services CoE is a unit within Enterprise Platform and Tech services that focuses on delivering high-quality and efficient testing services for various IT projects and systems. The unit follows the best practices and standards of software testing, including test automation, performance testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing. The unit also ensures compliance with the regulatory requirements and guidelines for computerized system validation (CSV) and data integrity. The unit works closely with the business stakeholders and the IT project teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the IT solutions delivered by Novo Nordisk. The Digital quality services department is anchored in the Digital Quality and Testing service CoE. The main responsibility of the dept is to drive Digital quality related services and quality improvements across our IT systems. The team is focused on ensuring compliance and leveraging innovative approaches to enhance our IT quality processes. The position
As a Senior IT Test Specialist _TOSCA Test Automation at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Handle test automation activities, create, design and executing automated test flows and defect management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability. Work in liaison with Validation Responsible to ensure compliant delivery of test artefacts.
- Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders and contribute towards the achievement of project goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and be flexible. Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to plan, retrospect and flag project risks and challenges as relevant and innovative initiatives and carry them through successfully.
- Contribute to the optimization of work processes within the team and demonstrate resourcefulness and ownership.
- Perform stakeholder management as a part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders and Perform effort estimation for the projects and define the resource allocation and Challenge vendor suggestions, contracts, and estimations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in relevant field with minimum 8+ years of experience in working in a service -based organization/pharmaceutical industry.
- Must have experience in working as a senior test lead in TOSCA test automation.
- Strong Understanding of SAP/S4HANA Logistic, finance, and other modules like PD, PS, PM, and MM business modules.
- Experience in stakeholder management involving multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality.
- Experience in engineering operations, including designing, constructing, testing, and operating equipment and Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical skills to isolate issues found in testing.
