Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
- Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data
- REST APIs, Microservices, Swagger/OpenAPI
- SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Banking & Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
- Experience working in Commercial or Institutional Banking.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Understanding of:
- KYC / AML onboarding workflows
- CIB customer lifecycle management
- Risk & compliance processes
- Document verification and approval workflows
- Prior experience with digital onboarding portals or banking platforms is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding security and compliance.
- Proactiveness and ownership in delivering high-quality work.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Proven success in building secure, enterprise-grade web applications.
