Insights & Analytics
ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What you'll do:

• Develop and implement digital twin architectures for patient modeling, using structured and unstructured patient data.
• Research novel AI and translate it into innovative new approaches
• Provide SME support to other project and engineering teams
• Work closely with AI clients on their solutions both on AI engagements and as part of a broader engagements
• Lead or contribute to research initiatives targeting innovation in patient simulation, precision medicine, and virtual clinical trials.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI and healthcare trends; contribute to thought leadership through publications, patents, or conference presentations.
• Mentor junior AI team members on their technical skills and expertise
• Help grow the AI EC to build an amazing team of deep AI experts

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or related major
• Proven expertise developing patient predictive models or patient digital twins. Experience with digital twin platforms preferred
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of GANs, diffusion models, CNNs, and Transformers for real-world data applications.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data (EHR, EMR, claims, genomic, imaging, or sensor data).
• Research or publication experience in AI for health / patient modeling domains.

Hybrid working model:

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
