Job Title: Senior Lead Engineer(Graphics Software Engineer)

What You Will Do:

To work as an independent contributor in a sprint team developing, enhancing and maintaining Mission critical platform software.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with the German teams.

Build and nurture teams offshore, develop team strengths and improve upon their weaknesses.

Lead and Motivate team on future technologies.

Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.

What You Will Learn:

Opportunities to contribute to all phases of SDLC  — from concept to deployment and support.

Next-gen embedded graphics technologies.

Safety critical embedded software certification.

Qualifications You Must Have:

6+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
Graphics 3D, Vulkan, OpenGL. 

Understands API integration and capable of writing a full application. 

C++ , DO-178, SCA, Agile (Scrum experience), Self managing, Good communication skills.

Expertise with Software Configuration Management and Change Control Process (DOORS, JAMA, SVN, JIRA, GIT etc.).
Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prototyping, Design, Architecture skills.
• Good to have exposure to IMA.
•  Avionics domain knowledge, standards and DO178 Guideline is desirable.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
