Job responsibilities
- Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
- Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
- Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
- Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
- Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Security engineering concepts and 8+ years applied experience
- Proficient in .NET technologies with hands-on experience in developing Windows Services.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques and advanced analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying and scaling.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Kubernetes and AWS certification is a plus
- Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and libraries like React is a plus
- Experienced in writing unit tests in C# and React JS for complex enterprise environments
- Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Database skills preferably with Oracle & DynamoDB and experience in tuning database queries, processing large amount of data will be great addition
- Understand business requirements, partnering with global stakeholders and product teams, and offering solutions, all the way from design to implementation, and rollout.
