Our in-house legal team is looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and commercially minded professional to help drive operational excellence.

The role will work alongside the existing Legal Operations Manager based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for the Legal Department to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the Legal Department technologies, including selection and implementation of new tools and optimisation of existing tools.
  • Drive innovation, deploy new technologies and ensure widespread and timely adoption.
  • Anticipate future needs of automation of the Legal team and evaluate possible cost-conscious solutions.
  • Business Intelligence: Collect and analyse data based on key metrics to glean actionable insights for more strategic decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards in various company tools (SFDC, PowerBI).
  • Support with financial management, such as plan legal spend, create budget, forecast expenses and monitor billing.
  • Knowledge Management: maintain legal content on internal and external website, playbooks, templates.
  • Mentor a team of junior legal resources based in India.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years PQE, with relevant experience gained in-house in a technology company (although particularly strong candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and business law.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Great judgment even in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of Linksquares CLM preferred.
