Senior Manager, Data Cloud Applications

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Cloud Applications team, to support development, planning, and delivery of Intelligence Solutions for Zeta's Data Cloud. Zeta’s Data Cloud transforms billions of data signals into meaningful marketing and advertising outcomes. We're looking for a solutions manager with a deep understanding of how data can be transformed into intelligence, building high-impact solutions that revolutionize the way the world's top brands understand their customers and prospects. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of key applications by closely working with cross functional teams comprised of designers, data analysts, UI developers and QA testers within ambitious timelines.
• Create product definitions of what an MVP entails considering the overall business objective, plan for continuous phased iterations and strive to deliver the best client experience in each stage of the project.
• Create PRDs, scope functionalities, coordinate development and manage daily operations across the full product development life cycle.
• Support post-development activities, including GTM strategy execution, performance tracking, client demonstrations, and gathering stakeholder feedback to enhance the impact and effectiveness of solutions.
• Coordinate across business units to present product updates, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to external stakeholders and ensure that dependencies are appropriately prioritized and unblocked.
• Help prioritize the development of the applications considering the overall roadmap and instill discipline and accountability in delivering solutions within scoped timelines.
• Act as a liaison between the team and senior management creating transparency in the progress of projects and advocating for team needs to remove obstacles and champion autonomy.
• Be at the forefront of integrating new technologies like Gen AI into all applications with support of SMEs at Zeta.
• Assist in the development of educational materials, presentations and L&D. 

Qualifications/Skills needed:

• Has the ability to be agile, re-prioritize and shift focus based on opportunistic industry trends.
• Can be a leader on the team whom any team member can reach out to for guidance.
• Has a good hands-on understanding of building and managing technology products.
• Is comfortable guiding teams on the relevant data analysis that would be needed for each use case. Past experience on suggesting and implementing data visualization solutions and data-oriented story telling would be highly desirable.
• Has a good understanding of the digital marketing and advertising space.
