Mindtickle is seeking a web marketing leader to oversee mindtickle.com. The ideal candidate has a strong vision as well as past working experience in web development, UI, conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and web testing. You will play a key role in driving Mindtickle’s organic conversion strategy as well as executing this strategy. As a leader for the web, you will be responsible for generating a target pipeline goal.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure an engaging end-to-end web experience, aligning with growth, messaging, and brand awareness goals.
  • Proficiency in web development, SEO, UX, and web infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy. Utilize web analytics, sales funnel data, and A/B tests to optimize website conversions and measure performance.
  • Drive organic traffic and search result rankings with a well-rounded SEO strategy.
  • Establish and manage highly collaborative relationships with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and priorities and apply these to the web.
  • Own and manage the web experiment roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to create, launch, and optimize experiments that improve our web marketing presence.
  • Continuously improve conversion rate by identifying new opportunities for growth, developing testable hypotheses, and running experiments to validate them.
  • Proactively optimize personalization and audience targeting to increase conversions across all marketing channels.
  • Analyze results and share insights with the rest of the company on an ongoing basis. 
  • Conduct and analyze user research, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify drop-off points and pain points in the user journey to establish the path to optimization. 

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, web optimization, or related field.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.​
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Elementor, and WP Engine
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies.
  • Experience building out CRO and experimentation programs with a focus on improving metrics
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in WebTech and/or MarTech is preferred, e.g. AI tools, Marketo, VWO, Google Tag Manager, Qualified chatbot
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
