Job OverviewWe are looking for a Director / Senior Manager, Global EOR HR Advisory to lead and scale a high-performing HR advisory function supporting our Employer of Record (EOR) business globally.
This role owns the delivery of accurate, compliant, and practical HR guidance across countries, while managing a distributed team of HR advisors and partnering closely with Legal, Payroll, Compliance, Product, and Customer-facing teams.
You will act as the final point of accountability for HR advisory quality and compliance, balancing regulatory accuracy with operational scalability.
What You’ll DoGlobal HR Advisory LeadershipLead and manage a global team of HR advisors providing guidance on employment lifecycle topics under EOR.
Define advisory coverage across onboarding, contracts, probation, leave, performance, termination, and employee relations.
Ensure advice is country-accurate, consistent, and aligned with EOR risk frameworks.
Own HR advisory risk management in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
Ensure guidance aligns with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and EOR contractual obligations.
Act as escalation owner for complex, high-risk, or sensitive employee cases.
Design scalable advisory models including tiered support, playbooks, and decision trees.
Drive standardization across countries while respecting local nuances.
Improve turnaround times, consistency, and advisor productivity.
Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Compliance, Product, Support, CSM, and Sales teams.
Support Sales and Solutions teams with advisory input during pre-sales and complex deal structuring.
Collaborate with Product teams to inform roadmap for HR advisory tooling, knowledge bases, and AI-driven compliance engines.
Own advisory quality frameworks, review processes, and continuous training programs.
Ensure advisors are enabled with up-to-date legal changes, policies, and best practices.
Build and maintain country-specific playbooks and escalation guidelines.
Define and track KPIs such as advisory accuracy, turnaround time, escalations, customer satisfaction, and risk incidents.
Provide regular insights to leadership on trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
10–15+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Advisory roles.
Strong experience in EOR, global employment, or multi-country HR compliance (critical).
Proven experience leading global or regional HR advisory teams.
Deep understanding of employment lifecycle risks and regulatory environments.
Ability to translate complex labor laws into practical, customer-ready guidance.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-growing, high-compliance environments.
