Azira is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance to lead the Finance & Accounting (F&A) function for our India Global Capability Center (GCC). This pivotal role will oversee global consolidation, financial reporting, and intercompany accounting, while ensuring consistent financial policies across all entities. The Director will also play a key role in leading, mentoring, and developing the India-based finance team

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

●  Lead the monthly global consolidation and financial reporting process.

●  Own global balance sheet reconciliations and prepare the monthly financial reporting pack.

●  Support multi-entity and cross-border accounting requirements.

●      Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent accounting policies and practices.

Audit & Compliance

●  Lead regional audits and support global audit requirements.

●  Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

●      Manage finance operations for the India entity.

Systems & Process Improvement

●  Serve as the NetSuite Administrator, ensuring smooth system operations and compliance.

●      Drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency.

 Leadership & People Management

●  Lead, mentor, and develop the India finance team.

●      Promote a culture of process discipline, accountability, and high-quality output.

●      A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, along with 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting roles in India.

●      Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP and IGAAP accounting standards.

●      Systems Experience: Hands-on experience working with NetSuite is required.

●      Operational Experience: Proven track record managing month-end close, financial reporting, and audits in a multi-entity environment.

●      Leadership: Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
●      Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to meet tight timelines while maintaining quality.

●      Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
