We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, GTM Operations to join our dynamic GTM Operations & Analytics team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Operations & Business Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of GTM Operations professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
- Partner with GTM Operations leaders and field stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement strategic, data-driven solutions to enhance performance across regions
- Oversee and deliver actionable insights through consistent analysis and reporting of sales metrics, including Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Planning
- Streamline and optimize end-to-end business processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and driving operational excellence across APJ and EMEA regions
- Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving GTM execution, enhancing data quality, and aligning team objectives with organizational goals
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, with demonstrated leadership in addressing complex business problems
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and other relevant data and analytics tools
- Expertise in Google Spreadsheets, Excel, and other collaboration tools for reporting and workflow optimization
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and autonomous solutions to solve critical business problems or drive operational efficiency at scale
- Proven ability to define and implement data-backed solutions in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment, working across diverse global teams
