The Role -
We’re looking for a visionary Marketing Operations & Automation Leader to own and scale Sprinto’s global marketing operations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, operations, and advanced automation — blending CRM expertise, GTM execution, and AI-first thinking to create a world-class revenue engine.
You will design and manage a highly automated growth stack, architect workflows that remove inefficiencies, and build intelligent systems that allow Sprinto to operate at par with the world’s best. This position is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring alignment with business goals while pushing the boundaries of automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities -
- Own the Marketing Operations Function: Lead the end-to-end marketing operations charter — including lead management, funnel optimization, data strategy, and campaign operations.
- CRM Ownership (HubSpot): Architect, maintain, and continuously optimize HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing and sales.
- AI-First Automation: Leverage OpenAI, LLM frameworks, and no-code platforms (n8n, Pebbly, Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) to build intelligent, scalable workflows.
- Lead Lifecycle Excellence: Design and implement robust systems for lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and engagement.
- Workflow Orchestration: Automate cross-platform workflows across the GTM stack to drive personalization, speed, and accuracy.
- Strategic Alignment with GTM Goals: Partner with senior leadership (CRO, CMO, Sales) to ensure marketing ops and automation directly fuel predictable pipeline growth.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Evaluate, implement, and govern MarTech and AI tools; negotiate vendor relationships while ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.
- Change Management & Governance: Standardize processes, enforce adoption, and act as the gatekeeper for workflow/data quality to ensure sustainable scaling.
- Analytics & Attribution Leadership: Define and manage frameworks for measuring marketing impact — including attribution modeling, funnel performance, and ROI analysis.
- Data-Driven Decisioning: Build dashboards and performance frameworks to monitor automation health, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
- Innovation Scouting: Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation platforms (agentic AI, real-time personalization, autonomous orchestration). Run structured pilots and scale successful experiments.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Growth to align automation with business goals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and ensure compliance in data handling and automation design.
Key Requirements -
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of designing and managing end-to-end lead management processes (capture, enrichment, scoring, routing).
- Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Pebbly, Zapier, Pabbly) and no-code orchestration.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or similar LLM frameworks for marketing optimization.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and JSON to enable custom integrations.
- Significant experience operating in global B2B SaaS environments, with demonstrated ability to scale marketing and sales functions across regions and teams.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and sales alignment.
- Bonus: Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying AI agents for marketing use cases.
Benefits -
- Remote First Policy
- 5 Days Working With FLEXI Hours
- Group Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children)
- Group Accident Cover
- Company Sponsored Device
- Education Reimbursement Policy
