The Role: 

To sustain and nurture solid relationships with Mid Market clients that generate the most income for Razorpay.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within their company. 
  • Cross Sell and Up-sell to the client base and grow the account to achieve the portfolio quota. 
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Attend meetings with clients inside and outside their offices to build better relationships with them. 
  • Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the organisation. 
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure team and client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Resolve areas of concern as raised by clients and team members.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. 
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues. Updating the CRM for any change with regard to a client. 
  • Sales hygiene and adhere to the processes and regulations.
  • Ensure MoM growth in the portfolio.

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • Overall 8+ years of relevant experience in Account Management/Sales in B2B space.
  • Knowledge of best customer service practices. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Go-getter attitude.
