Our org is responsible for Design, development, and operations of Availability platform encompassing multiple high qps low latency subsystems. We interact with multiple teams across the company to provide scalable robust technical solutions in said space.
What You will Do
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in: building a passionate team and meaningful product that will fundamentally change the way people interact with e-commerce applications. You will be focused on driving part of strategic horizontal initiatives that advance the skills and capabilities of the organisation, while at the same time improving the level of enablement for partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for growing the team; working closely with our engineering, design and product teams to deliver on our vision for the future and help evolve our apps.
• In this role you will be responsible to manage and grow fullstack team(s) of experienced and passionate engineers (Node, React, Java, ML)
• You will work closely with our product, design, and UX teams to create amazing and intuitive experiences that make it effortless to connect different apps together
• You will lead and participate in technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company
• Build a world-class team by hiring exceptional talent, coaching and developing engineers, cultivating pragmatic data driven engineering decision-making, and leveraging your technical expertise to constantly raise the bar
• You will also be required to have strong communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with & manage stakeholders and other cross-functional teams.

What You Will Bring
Minimum qualifications:
- B.E./B. Tech/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and plaxtform in product based companies / R&D divisions with 2+ years of managing and mentoring experience (including providing direct feedback, investing in the career growth of your team)
- Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short term implications of design decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
- Proven experience of designing / leading scalable cloud native solutions which good grip on cloud platform, CI/CD and associated build pipelines.
- People management
