Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Manage campaign creation and execution

• Partner with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally, implementing best-practices

• Create email templates and segments

• Coordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment

• Ensure data accuracy to support post-mortem campaign reporting

• Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance

• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.

• Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar

• Expertise in Marketo or other marketing automation software

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and their integration with marketing automation platforms

• Excellent project management acumen

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously  

• Experience with reporting and analytics

• A data driven mindset with strong analytical, data accuracy and problem-solving skills  

• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of technical aptitude, collaboration, and paying attention to detail

• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instilling trust

• Starting pay range for this role is 2,000,000 INR
