Job Description
The Marketing Analytics and Reporting role plays an integral role in the planning, development, and execution of Epsilon’s marketing campaign reporting capabilities. This role will be an integral part of a team chartered with enhancing marketing’s performance through measurement planning, sharing advance analyses and developing actionable insights. Epsilon is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and dynamic person to lead our analytics, data, and measurement capabilities.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams. This person is a strategic thinker, who is comfortable in bringing forward new ways of doing things. Further, they understand that all marketing efforts be strategically based and deliver measurable results that align with business goals.
Marketing Analytics responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic thought leadership on audience segmentation and historical campaign performance to implement strategies with data-driven insights\
- Demonstrate a strong ability to leverage Salesforce data to deliver insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders across multiple leadership levels
- Build business relationships in the organization to promote data governance initiatives and align data across departments\
- Create reports that analyze the effectiveness of activations run in partnership with third-party vendors to aid in negotiation and objective setting for the future
- Implementing a measurement planning process that outlines campaign objectives, tracks metrics that measure success, and identify areas of focus
- Help manage lead tracking and ROI measurement within Salesforce
- Implement and grow automation and dashboard capabilities
- Collaborate with both front-line marketers and senior leaders
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional work experience in analytics that demonstrates increasing responsibilities and results. Digital marketing a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce including best practices, methodologies, data extraction and reporting capabilities
- Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization. Enjoys working independently as well as on a team.
- The ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
- Resourceful, results oriented and collaborative team player with good follow through capabilities.
- Experience in marketing analytics and good understanding of marketing domain\
- Enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task.
- A working knowledge of analytic tools (reporting systems, dashboards, automation)
- Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
