Senior .NET Developer (C#, Web API, Microservices, SQL, MVC, JavaScript, WinForm, WPF, COM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team, specializing in building robust, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems, contributing to the overall architecture, and ensuring high quality code delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Participate in the design and development of microservices architecture, including API definition, data modeling, and system integration.
• Backend Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code to build high-performance Web APIs utilizing the latest .NET Core framework.
• Database Interaction: Design and implement database interactions using SQL Server, including stored procedures, complex queries, and data access strategies.
• Microservices Implementation: Develop and deploy independent, scalable microservices with clear boundaries and communication mechanisms.
• Frontend Integration: Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration of backend APIs with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Code Optimization:
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques to improve application responsiveness.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to colleagues on code quality, design patterns, and adherence to coding standards.
• Identify potential issues in code, including logic errors, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
• Offer suggestions for improvement and best practices to enhance code readability and maintainability.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices within the .NET ecosystem and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C#: Deep understanding of C# language features, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
• .NET Core Framework: Expertise in ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, dependency injection, and middleware.
• Microservices Architecture: Solid experience in designing, building, and deploying microservices.
• SQL Server: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques.
• JavaScript: Basic understanding of JavaScript and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for frontend integration.
• RESTful APIs: Knowledge of REST API design principles and best practices.
• Source Control: Experience with Git for version control.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

• WinForms and WPF: Design and implement user interfaces using WinForms and WPF controls, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive user experience. XAML for WPF UI layout and styling.
• COM technologies:
  • Develop and implement COM component architectures, including interface definition, class design, and object registration.
  • In-depth knowledge of COM fundamentals, including interfaces, object registration, marshaling, and threading models.
  • Integrate and manage COM technologies with .NET applications.
  • Integrate COM components with other programming languages and platforms, ensuring smooth communication and data exchange.
  • Design and implement COM automation interfaces for external applications to control functionality within your components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends.
