Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of Node.js-based applications and solutions.
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Node.js and related technologies.
- Identify and address technical and project risks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Technical Skills:

Web Technologies:

API Design:
- Good understanding of RESTful API design.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Node.js-based applications and solutions.
- Communicating with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies.
- Identifying and addressing technical and project risks.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Node.js is a plus.
