We have a need for a Senior Payroll Analyst in this region due to the payroll having 190+ employees and growing. There are increased queries related to this regions payroll additionally. We feel it would be beneficial to have someone in the region to be able to answer these queries within the same time zone that has expertise in India payroll.
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to process payroll in a fast-growing, industry-leading technology company. You will report to the Payroll Manager. Candidates for this position will have 6 - 15 years of experience processing payroll.
You will:
- Own all aspects of India, Israel and multi-country payroll processing from start to finish. Verifying employee data changes, auditing pay results, processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, final pay checks, and year end process.
- Monitor changes in India and Israel labour laws and ensure compliance with updated regulations.
- Provide customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions and payroll process
- Assist with audits by compiling requested data from internal and external audits
You have:
- Experience processing India and multi-country payrolls for 8+ years.
- Strong understanding of India payroll laws and regulations including PF, ESI, TDS, Pay components and income tax.
- Knowledge of Israel Pay components and deductions including but not limited to pension and garnishments.
- The ability to carefully audit payroll records to identify errors.
- Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
- Comfortable handling multiple payrolls
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Ultimate Software (UltiPro, UKG) & Cloud pay for payroll processing is a plus!
