The Senior Payroll Specialist (APAC) will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll operations across the Asia Pacific region. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Skills & QualificationMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll with a focus on APAC
Proficient in payroll software
Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations in APAC countries(Preferably India)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex payroll concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Process end-to-end payroll for any country in APAC region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, to ensure seamless payroll operations
Develop and maintain accurate records, including payroll documentation and reports
Communicate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements, adapting payroll processes accordingly
Develop and implement training programs to enhance payroll knowledge and skills among team members
