What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.
You will:
•Deliver assigned system interfaces with design and process across extended teams
•Prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures
•Design, develop and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
•Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment and complete specifications and procedures for new products

Essential Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive experience providing technical leadership in hardware and firmware validation for enterprise server platforms, with strong expertise in server validation and driving high-quality product delivery.
• Ability to develop test automation and apply hands-on experience in exploring and implementing AI/agentic tools to enhance validation efficiency and coverage.
• Strong proficiency in Python, along with working experience in AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API, and Hugging Face.
• Capability to lead cross-functional validation efforts across multiple technology areas—such as BIOS, FPGA, BMC, GPU, etc.—to ensure seamless product performance and reliability.
• Experience in AI/ML development, including at least 1 year of work in agentic or autonomous systems.

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup. Capability to influence others to achieve results.
