In addition, it is not uncommon for a mid-market enterprise company to have 25+ point SaaS vendors for various finance processes (e.g. A/P, A/R, Tax, Treasury), most of which don’t integrate with each other.
The need to navigate disparate systems, reconcile data from multiple sources, and manage routine tasks manually not only increases the risk of errors but also limits the teams’ ability to provide timely and insightful financial analysis.

About the Founder: Amit Jain, our founder, is an IIT Delhi and Stanford graduate with over 20 years of industry experience. He has held significant roles such as Managing Director at Sequoia Capital and Head of Asia Pacific at Uber. Amit's vision and leadership are steering Zamp towards a revolutionary future in finance.
About Our Investors: Zamp raised ~$22Mn in our seed funding round from notable investors including Sequoia Capital, Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO, Uber), Tony Xu (CEO, DoorDash), Marcelo Claure (ex-CEO, SoftBank International), and other prominent angel investors. About Design team at Zamp:
While the offerings are many, all our products must be cohesive, and the design team ensures just that! With each member playing a unique role, the most exhilarating and challenging aspect for a designer is making finance both engaging and comprehensible. It's no small feat, but it offers tremendous learning opportunities, and we thrive on making this a possibility.
Our responsibilities span a broad spectrum, from understanding user needs and conducting user research to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. We collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and the founder, ensuring the delivery of an experience that we take pride in and meets user requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality design solutions for our products.
- Utilize your expertise in building wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, adhering to our UI framework, to tackle complex UX challenges effectively.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to contribute to product strategy, planning, and feature launches.
- Employ research methodologies to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, driving iterative design improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed design patterns that can scale across our product ecosystem.
- Utilize data from metric tests and usability studies to inform and optimize future design iterations.
- Present design work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design process, actively seeking and providing feedback to continually elevate design quality.
- Ensure consistency across design language and patterns by adhering to existing brand guidelines and standards.
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
- 5+ years of proven experience in product design, with a focus on building web-based products.
- Proficiency in the latest design tools, with a strong willingness to adapt and learn new technologies. Expertise in Figma is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in effective prototyping techniques.
- Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles.
- Experience collaborating with teams of diverse strengths in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to peers and cross-functional teams.
- A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.
