Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in testing in the networking domain.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, deployment and maintaining automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Good knowledge on AWS, Java Spring boot application deployment and handling
Able to handle L2 support activities including:
Incident Management
Change Management
Service Request (Support) Management
Problem Management (Postmortem Root-Cause-Analysis)
Monitoring & Observability
Release Qualification/Certification (Canary Testing, Resiliency, Testing-at-Scale)
Operational Toolset Administration & Enablement
Toil Reduction (including automation and CI/CD framework)
Performance Engineering/ Capacity Management
Service Architecture Design
Operational/Technical Documentation development
Resource mentoring and training
The Resources will be required to perform assigned duties in a variety of work schedules/models, as needed, and as outlined below.
Normal local workday
On-Call Rotation (Weekday and Weekend)
Flexible in working in Shift model (primarily 2 shifts)
