YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for SIXT's digital rental booking experience — covering the full customer journey from search and reservation to post-rental, across mobile app and web
- You own and drive key features across the full product development cycle: from ideation and design through specification, development, launch, and post-release analysis
- You collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and business stakeholders to define, build, and launch impactful product features
- You write crystal-clear product specs, optimise conversion funnels, and foster a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and A/B testing
- You identify and integrate Generative AI opportunities — including LLMs and personalisation — to enhance the digital rental experience and drive product innovation
- You communicate product plans, KPIs, and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organisation
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring 5 - 8 years of product management experience with a strong focus on customer-facing digital products, ideally in B2C, travel, or mobility
- Education You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or a Master's degree in Business or a related field
- Mobile Expertise You have hands-on experience driving mobile app development (iOS/Android) and a deep understanding of app-specific user behaviour and performance metrics
- AI & Innovation You have working knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs) and actively translate emerging AI trends into concrete product opportunities
- Analytical Skills You are comfortable leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisions and can translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives across all organisational levels
- Soft Skills You excel at cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and balancing high-value user solutions against implementation complexity
