Partner with business owners, development team, quality engineering resources, product owners, product managers, release train engineers to provide business analyst work.
Deliver high quality business and technical expertise to the feature teams for the purpose of completing the design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project life cycle. Requirements development from business requirements for technical teams to follow.
The Settlement team develops and supports applications that provide exceptional settlement and risk systems processes.

Role
Develop technical requirements from business requirements. Break requirements down to workable sizes and user stories
Develop great working relationship with business partners/scrum masters
Provide "day to day" guidance to team members for business / project initiatives.
Evaluate the impact of potential system changes on the membership and on other applications. Lead process improvement initiatives.
Interface with senior managers to provide consultative services related to key initiatives.
All About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of payment and settlement systems is required.
Comprehensive experience with software application development process using Agile/SAFe.
Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written – and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources, working as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
