About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager of Core and Shared Services will lead the strategy and execution of Demandbase platform, defining, enhancing the SaaS foundations of our core platform as well as identifying current and future shared business services that need to be integrated as a microservice in our core platform. This position reports to the Sr Director of Core and Shared Services..

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define strategy, bringing internal and customer feedback and pain points forward in prioritization, services definition, and associated roadmap development
  • This position will be responsible for creating and managing the roadmap and product development for Demandbase's core platform
  • You will be working closely with sales, marketing and GTM teams as well as software development teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product requirements and priorities
  • Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create services specifications and architecture for each core and shared services
  • Being ruthless as it comes to backlog prioritization and making tactical trade-offs
  • Clearly communicate the expectations, plans and status of projects/features on the product roadmap and in development
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high quality products to life
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of services around growth, reuse and performances

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS and/or B2B product offerings
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in technical roles. 
  • Knowledge of web technologies and related architectures
  • Strong track record of delivering microservices that drive infrastructure modernization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines
