As a Bullhorn Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features. You will work closely with customers, product & development leaders and scrum teams to provide direction, guidance and support. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of workflow and feature relationship. For this position, experience with and knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

As a Senior Product Manager, a typical day might include:

Reviewing and curating input from customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, the competitive landscape in relation to existing features and functionality and gaps.

Engaging with customers at a strategic level to understand their initiatives and how our existing products support their goals.

Articulating and generate both the short and the long-term vision for a feature set and defining key results for the organization to rally around.

Collaborating with Technical Product Management, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to resolve issues during both design and implementation.

Participating in discovery calls with users to validate the UX for a new feature or offering.

Writing excellent product pitches that capture the strategy, rationale, and approach all while grounding decisions with supporting evidence and data.

Writing release documentation & training cross functional teams on new product enablement.
