Role - Senior Product Manager
What You’ll Do
- Own Core Product Features – Define, prioritize, and execute key initiatives for our AI-driven banking solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive Execution & Delivery – Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.
- User-Centric Development – Conduct market research, analyze customer pain points, and incorporate insights to refine product features and UX.
- Measure & Improve – Define key success metrics, analyze data, and iterate on the product to improve adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Bridge Strategy & Tactics – Balance immediate execution needs with long-term product strategy, contributing to the evolution of our AI-powered offerings.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, QA, or Product Analysis.
- B2B SaaS experience, preferably in AI, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical foundation – Engineering background preferred, allowing you to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Customer-obsessed mindset – You love solving real-world problems and deeply understand user pain points.
- Data-driven decision-making – You’re comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and iterating on insights.
- Ownership & Execution – You thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment, taking full ownership of your product area.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Conversational AI or fintech
- Background as a developer or technical lead before transitioning to PM
