- Deeply understanding the domain and users for which we are building products
- Formulating a product roadmap to outline how we can address key use cases and opportunities to innovate in the product
- Working closely with engineering and driving product initiatives from conception through development and delivery to product in a SaaS platform
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines to deliver on aggressive timelines
- A self-starter who is proactive in identifying potential roadblocks
- Someone who understands their strengths and is willing to share that knowledge with others
- Someone who can quickly iterate based on industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Someone who is constantly willing to help, no matter the task
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective in cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
