As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth. Your strategic vision, leadership, and product management expertise will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities and customer needs.
Product Development and Execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters within the organization.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Customer Focus
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are addressed in the product development process.
- Engage with customers through surveys, interviews, and user testing to gather insights and validate assumptions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize products based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Product Skills
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Ability to develop feature design in figma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Experience in construction industry is preferable.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics and metrics-driven decision making.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
