Key responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Team Management
- Lead project teams and manage their performance.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client specifications.
- Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance.
- Help and manage production level issues, provide demos and manage requirements calls.
Budgeting and Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation & contracts.
- Ensure all projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Make sure resource allocation is optimized for project success.
- More than 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT and software development, using Agile.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum and Hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Coaching and guiding the team if/when needed.
