We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a robust agile background to coordinate project deliveries and provide crucial PMO support to our globally distributed engineering organization. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders from engineering, product management, and other teams as needed. This opportunity allows you to shape and improve key PMO standards and processes while ensuring the successful completion of complex projects aligned with our strategic roadmap. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues, with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction.

Facilitate Agile Services:

• Implement and uphold agile, supportive PMO best practices for project success

• Lead well-facilitated meetings with clear agendas and timely follow-up on actions

• Collaborate with engineering and product managers to execute a balanced roadmap

Training & Coaching:

• Train and coach teams on PMO standards, processes, tools and methodologies

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization

• Identify areas for optimization and drive initiatives for enhanced project delivery efficiency. Ensure PMO standards align with industry best practices.

Manage Complex Projects:

• Lead organizationally complex projects within specified timelines and budgets

• Work with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and achieve project milestones

Maintain KPIs & Reports:

• Track key performance indicators for projects and development processes

• Prepare holistic progress reports, owning the specification and automation of metrics and reports

• Iterate on processes and methodologies to improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, software engineering, or related field

• Several years experience in project management, with a focus on complex and cross-organizational projects

• Proven track record of successfully leading and facilitating projects to completion

• Expertise in agile methodologies, with experience in implementing process improvements

• Proven hands-on experience in using JIRA and Confluence, and GSuite

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field

• Scripting and automation experience (JIRA, Confluence, Google Apps)

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP or Scrum Master are a plus

• Experience in the AdTech solutions landscape, preferably within software development or digital advertising
