Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who takes complete ownership of recruitment delivery, client outcomes, and revenue contribution.

This is not a conventional recruiter role — it is designed for professionals who can manage mandates end-to-end, drive closures, and contribute directly to billing outcomes, while also mentoring junior recruiters.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract hiring
  

• Handle multiple client mandates across diverse domains
  

• Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean search
  

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates aligned with client expectations
  

• Drive interview coordination and candidate engagement through closure
  

• Maintain strong pipeline and ensure fast turnaround time (TAT)
  

• Track and update all activities in ATS/CRM systems
  

• Own delivery outcomes including closures, quality, and billing contribution
  

• Engage with clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations
  

• Ensure consistent communication and delivery alignment
  

• Build credibility through quality and speed of hiring
  

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters and sourcing teams
  

• Provide direction on sourcing strategy, screening quality, and pipeline building
  

• Conduct quality checks and improve team output
  

• Train team members on tools, processes, and recruitment frameworks
  

• Monitor and improve team productivity and performance
  

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
  

• Proven track record of closures and billing contributions
  

• Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, Boolean search, portals, databases)
  

• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

• High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not activity
  

• Experience mentoring or managing junior recruiters
  

• Experience in both permanent and contract staffing
  

• Exposure to multiple hiring domains (IT / Non-IT / Volume hiring)
  

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and reporting systems
  

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
  

• Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 per month
  

• Performance-Based Incentives (Monthly):
  

• 2% on billing ≥ ₹10 Lakhs
  

• 3% on billing ≥ ₹25 Lakhs
  

• Incentives applicable on realized collections only
  

• Monday to Saturday
  

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
