Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Recruiter will join our global Talent Acquisition team as part of our broader Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (TDE&I Team) and work out of our Bangalore office.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will help build Levi’s biggest tech hub, with responsibility for end-to-end recruiting while driving the diversity agenda. You’d be part of a pioneering team that is leveraging technology to digitize and build agile, omnichannel solutions for consumers across the value chain. And yes, this role positively impacts how we build high-performance teams and enduring systems that will help us thrive for the next 170 years!
About the Job:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruiting process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for global corporate positions across multiple business units.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source passive candidates using various channels to build diverse talent pools, collaborating closely with Hiring Teams to identify opportunity for proactive recruitment in alignment with business needs.
- Research and Pipeline: Maintain close pulse on market trends across our industry to advise team on competitive opportunity to engage top talent and represent LS&Co. on social media or at Career Fairs, Networking and DE&I Partnership events.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide guidance and recommendations to attract and hire top talent while maintaining timely status updates during the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Provide positive candidate experience with effective and timely communication. Manage interview logistics and deliver a best-in-class interview experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain data with integrity, update our ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity, support other duties within our TDE&I team as needed.

- B.E/B.Tech with post graduate degree in Human Resources
- 7+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition in a corporate set up with passion to engage with top technology talent
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Job Boards like Naukri and IIMJobs as recruiting tools
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting for Ecommerce, IT (mandatory), Digital and Retail sectors
- Passion for the apparel/fashion/lifestyle space
- Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
