The Opportunity 

We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Recruiter to join our People Team. This is a high-impact role where you will be the primary engine behind our company’s growth.Your primary focus will be scaling our Engineering and Product teams, finding the best technical talent in the market to build our core products.

This is an end-to-end role perfect for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt for top technical talent but also cares deeply about the employee experience after the offer is signed.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Management: Own the entire recruiting pipeline from job intake and sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and closing candidates.
    Tech-First Focus: Deep-dive into sourcing for complex technical roles. E.g You must be comfortable distinguishing between Java and JavaScript, or React and React Native.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Go beyond job boards; use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and X-Ray search to hunt for passive talent.
  • Non-Tech Hiring: Manage hiring for business roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations) as required to support broader company growth.
    Technical Screening: Conduct first-round screens to assess technical competence (tech stack familiarity, problem-solving approach) before passing candidates to engineering managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a professional, respectful, and transparent interaction with our brand.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of closing technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales).
  • Versatility: While your strength is tech, you are comfortable and experienced in hiring for non-tech/business roles. You don't "shy away" from a Marketing or Ops mandate.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: You are comfortable adopting new technology. You use AI to work smarter, not harder, and are always looking for tools to improve your sourcing conversion rates.
  • Tech Fluency: You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and can speak the language of engineers (e.g., differentiating between frontend frameworks, understanding cloud infrastructure).
  • Hunter Mindset: You are proactive in sourcing. You don't just wait for inbound applicants; you go out and find the best talent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders across all departments. You can write cold emails that get replies and offer letters that get signed. 
  • Empathy: You approach people with a "human-first" mindset, understanding that culture is built on trust and support.
  • Tools: Proficiency with modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and HRIS tools.
  • Bonus Points
    • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
    • Previous exposure to Employer Branding initiatives.
