We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team on a 4-month remote contract. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce professional who can seamlessly balance business-as-usual (BAU) support with the delivery of new enhancements. You will play a key role in maintaining platform stability while developing and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and existing functionality.
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements across the Salesforce platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for new developments and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Proven experience providing ongoing Salesforce production support (BAU).
- Experience delivering platform enhancements and new features in a live Salesforce environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and APIs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.).
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments.
