Job Title: Senior Salesforce PSS Developer / Technical Lead

Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with external systems, including APIs and on-premise relational databases.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), and Flow Builder.
- Experience working on public sector projects, with a strong focus on data security and compliance.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (required).
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant Certification (required).
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accreditation (preferred).
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, and middleware tools).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency with tools like Git, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
- Understanding of CJIS compliance requirements and their application in Salesforce solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in public sector projects, particularly those requiring CJIS, FedRAMP, or HIPAA compliance.
- Familiarity with public sector use cases such as Licensing and Permitting, Grants Management, and Citizen Engagement.
