Someone that can say “No” while focused on key results. The Scrum Master will foster agility and effective value delivery while continuously helping team learning and improvement. They will facilitate team productivity remove impediments obstructing the pursuit of the team's goals, preserve flexibility within rapidly evolving organizational and market dynamics.

You’ll Get To:
Organize and run sprint ceremonies for assigned teams, e.g., planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Facilitate backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
Optimize the flow of work for assigned teams
Provide support to ensure on-time product value delivery
Ensure product development goals align with organizational objectives
Ensure the development teams the values and principles of agility
Facilitate crucial conversations among architects, developers, testers, and UX designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines.
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 5 years experience with Scrum and other practices aligned with agility
Self-motivated and able to make progress despite obstacles
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Exceptional facilitation skills
Strong command of iterative and incremental software development
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft Office products
Scrum Master Certification (CSM) required. CSP-SM preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
