What This Position Is All About:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SEO Project Manager & Keyword Research Analyst to identify target keywords, topics, & content gaps to drive organic traffic & improve search engine rankings.

• Conduct thorough keyword research & analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.

• Create engaging & informative content that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, & SEO goals.

• Write compelling meta tags, titles, & descriptions to enhance click-through rates from search engine results pages (SERPs).

• Optimize existing website content, including product descriptions, category pages, & blog posts, to improve search visibility & organic rankings.

• Ensure that all content meets SEO best practices, including proper keyword placement, optimized formatting, & appropriate use of headers & subheadings.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, & Creative, to gather information & insights for content creation.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, SEO techniques, & search engine algorithm changes to implement best practices & maintain a competitive edge.

• Monitor & analyze content performance using SEO tools & analytics platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide guidance & support to both the product copy & content teams, ensuring consistency & adherence to SEO guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail industry.

• Solid understanding of search engine optimization principles & best practices.

• Extensive experience in conducting keyword research & utilizing tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge or other keyword research platforms, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics. 

• Excellent writing & editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO objectives & brand guidelines.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) & basic HTML. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus. 

• Strong analytical skills & the ability to use data to drive content decisions.

• Self-motivated & able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational & project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines & handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of the fashion industry & familiarity with luxury brands is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
