Role Overview:
In this role,As a Sr SDET you will be responsible for Testing and Automating of various features of Trellix's Security products like Email Security (EX), Malware Analysis (AX), File Protect (FX) .About the role:
- Analysing the Requirements
- Participating in preparing Test Plans
- Preparing Test Data’s and Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Executing the Test Cases and Raising defect giving mandatory information of the defect to developers
- Build effective and maintainable automation scripts
- Executing the automation regression release on release and raising defects if any
- Good understanding of Test process
- Status Reporting in timely manner and highlighting any risks/issues
- Work effectively with senior engineers within the Business Unit
- Build effective and maintainable automation scripts
About you:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-9 years of experience in QA and automation using Python, Selenium, Restful API, Playwright)
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working on Unix/Linux environment.
- Familiarity with virtualised environments like Docker, AWS, Azure
- Passion for quality with customer focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
