We are seeking a dynamic Senior Frontend Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join Parspec's talented engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will architect scalable React applications, drive component-driven design systems, optimize GraphQL integrations, and lead frontend excellence while mentoring others. As a Senior Software Engineer 2, you will own complex features end-to-end, leverage AI-powered development tools, and ensure exceptional performance across Parspec's AI-powered construction platform.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Design, and AI teams to deliver pixel-perfect, scalable user experiences, participating actively from design through production deployment and iteration.

• Component Architecture: Design and develop reusable, modular, maintainable component-driven architectures using React Hooks and functional components.

• GraphQL Integration: Integrate and optimize GraphQL APIs (Apollo Client/Relay) with advanced caching, fragments, pagination, and error handling; collaborate on schema design.

• State Management: Implement robust state solutions (Context API, Redux, Zustand) with strong TypeScript typing, generics, and utility types.

• Performance Optimization: Apply memoization, code splitting, lazy loading, and virtualization to achieve sub-second interactions and smooth UX.

• Microfrontend Implementation: Build and maintain Microfrontend architectures (Module Federation) for independently deployable frontend modules.

• AI-Powered Development: Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, agentic workflows) for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation to boost productivity.

• Testing Excellence: Write comprehensive unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) ensuring type safety, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

• Code Ownership & Mentoring: Lead code reviews, enforce frontend best practices, mentor juniors, and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Build & Deployment: Optimize modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.

You are a senior frontend leader with 5–8 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. You excel at building scalable React applications, mentoring teams, and delivering production-grade UIs that scale with business growth.

• 5–8 years of frontend development experience, including 4+ years hands-on React.js in production

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced TypeScript (generics, utility types, strict typing)

• Extensive experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component-driven architectures

• Hands-on GraphQL integration (Apollo Client/Relay) including caching, pagination, and error handling

• Proven state management implementation (Context API, Redux, Zustand)

• Experience with performance optimization (memoization, code splitting, virtualization) ● Comprehensive testing skills (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience leveraging AI development tools in production workflows

• Microfrontend architecture experience (Module Federation, single-spa)
