Who We’re Looking For
We need a Senior Software Engineer (4+ years experience) who can:
✅ Architect and optimize backend services & APIs for an AI-driven platform
✅ Develop AI-powered workflows with intelligent agent orchestration
✅ Scale multi-tenant cloud infrastructure for high-performance analytics
✅ Drive security & compliance in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
Key Responsibilities
💻 Backend & API Development
🔹 Build & optimize APIs using Node.js/Next.js with scalable microservices.
🔹 Develop RESTful APIs ensuring security, rate-limiting, and fault tolerance.
🧠 AI & Agent Orchestration
🔹 Integrate AI models, RAG pipelines, and LangChain-based multi-agent frameworks.
🔹 Design intelligent agent workflows to automate analytics processes.
🏢 Multi-Tenant System Design
🔹 Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure data isolation.
🔹 Optimize performance & scalability in a multi-tenant architecture.
☁️ Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
🔹 Design and maintain AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake infrastructure.
🔹 Implement CI/CD pipelines, autoscaling, and Kubernetes/Docker-based orchestration.
🔐 Security & Compliance
🔹 Apply best practices (OAuth, JWT, GDPR/CCPA compliance).
🔹 Protect data privacy & security in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
✔️ 4+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Postgres, Redis)
✔️ Strong expertise in API development, microservices, and API security
✔️ Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines & agent-based workflows
✔️ Proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS platforms & cloud scalability
✔️ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & cloud platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills (Would Love To Have)
✨ Experience with RAG pipelines & LangChain agent orchestration
✨ Familiarity with OpenAI APIs & multi-agent architectures
✨ Exposure to data engineering workflows & ETL pipelines
