Develop and maintain scalable backend modules, REST APIs, and services using C# and .NET Core. Implement business logic, optimize SQL queries and data access, troubleshoot issues, write tests, improve code quality and performance, and coordinate with frontend developers. Apply secure coding, logging, error handling, version control, code reviews, and deployment support practices.
We are looking for a .NET Core Backend Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend applications and REST APIs.
The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend modules for our RMS and CRMS applications, while working closely with frontend developers and other members of the development team.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Understanding of backend application architecture and business logic implementation
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Good understanding of SQL, including joins, queries, stored functions/procedures, and query optimization
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core / ORM concepts
- Understanding of dependency injection, configuration, middleware, and exception handling in ASP.NET Core
- Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code
- Understanding of application debugging, logging, and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of Git or similar version-control systems
- Basic understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
- Familiarity with coding standards and code-review practices
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend modules for RMS and CRMS applications

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Entity Framework Core
- Knowledge of LINQ
- Understanding of layered architecture such as Controller → Service → Repository
- Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
- Familiarity with unit-testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
- Basic knowledge of asynchronous programming using async/await
- Understanding of common design principles such as SOLID
