The Role
Redica Systems is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and optimizing our mission-critical applications, websites, and infrastructure. We are seeking a developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience who thrives in solving complex problems, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and stays curious about emerging technologies. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable products
- Engage in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high code quality and promote knowledge

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Backend Development
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Proficiency in one or more (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go)- strong Python understanding is a plus
- Experience with frameworks e.g. FastAPI, Django, Node
- Strong expertise with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)-experience with NoSQL (Dynamo, Mongo) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Experience in designing and developing services within a microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong experience in writing unit tests
- B.Tech/B.E (CSE preferred )
