Your Day to Day
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
Architect front-end systems that are modular, maintainable, and aligned with best engineering practices.
Implement efficient rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR) using NextJS.
Optimize front-end performance across multiple applications to meet industry standards for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, FID).
Drive improvements in accessibility, SEO, user experience, and page speed.
Monitor performance KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Leverage AI tools, frameworks, or agentic workflows to improve coding efficiency, quality, and overall productivity.
Participate in initiatives to integrate AI-driven features within the front-end ecosystem.
Work closely with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and global stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-functional planning.
What We’re Looking For
5 - 8 years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and NextJS.
Deep understanding of modern CSS, JSS, and UI styling frameworks.
Proven experience in building, scaling, and optimizing front-end applications.
Strong understanding of web fundamentals: Browser rendering, Caching, Bundling and build tools, Accessibility, Security best practices.
Experience working with AI tools or AI-driven development workflows (LLMs, agentic coding, automated testing, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to work with distributed/global teams and multiple stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js, or similar)—not mandatory.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD practices.
Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and observability platforms.
